1. Acceptance / Aceptación

By purchasing a ticket or opting in to receive messages from Kingdom Shakers LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Tickets / Entradas

  • Tickets are personal and entitle the holder to attend the Kingdom Shakers Conference on the date stated.
  • Each ticket includes a unique QR pass; duplicated, altered or transferred passes may be refused at the door.
  • Lost passes can be re-issued by contacting info@kingdomshakers.net.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated; in the event of cancellation, refunds are processed via Stripe.

3. SMS Messaging Program · Programa de mensajes SMS

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Kingdom Shakers LLC.

Program description: Ticket purchase confirmations, QR pass delivery, event reminders, schedule and venue updates, and occasional promotional communications about Kingdom Shakers events.

  • Message frequency: varies — typically 1 to 4 messages per subscriber per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply as charged by your wireless carrier.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message, or email info@kingdomshakers.net.
  • For help: reply HELP to any message, or email info@kingdomshakers.net.
  • Supported carriers:AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and most other US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can purchase tickets without opting in by emailing your order request to info@kingdomshakers.net.
  • We do not share mobile opt-in data, phone numbers or consent records with any third parties.

4. Conduct & Admission / Conducta y Admisión

Kingdom Shakers LLC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe or unlawful manner. Recording or broadcasting the event without authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability / Limitación de responsabilidad

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Shakers LLC's total liability arising from your purchase or attendance shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket(s).

6. Governing law / Ley aplicable

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Lake County, Florida.

7. Changes / Cambios

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
